INGREDIENTS
2 OZ POLIGNAC VSOP
3 DASHES OF BITTERS OR ORANGE BITTERS
2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
OPTION: A DASH OF FRESH ORANGE JUICE
ICE CUBES OR A BLOCK OF ICE
PREPARATION
1. STRAIGHT IN YOUR TUMBLER GLASS,
POUR STEP BY STEP THE BITTERS, THE SIMPLE SYRUP,
THE COGNAC, AND A DASH OF ORANGE JUICE.
THEN ADD SOME ICE CUBES OR A BLOCK OF ICE.
2. STIR THE WHOLE MIX WITH
A BARSPOON OR A STIRRER.
3. GARNISH YOUR GLASS WITH AN ORANGE PEEL.
